The Office Squad
It's been a heck of a week here in the Italy Milan mission. We've been seeing a lot of members, eating a lot of buttery foods, and talking a lot about our Savior. There's been some pretty cool experiences we've had as we've read The Living Christ with member families. I love the members here so much! The church is the same here as it is where you guys are, but the members have it HARD because of their lack in numbers. Over the past week, Anziano Simmons and I have tried to show our appreciation for them by leaving a personalized thank you card hidden somewhere in their house during our visit. The members have been loving it!

We also got a chance to swing by Salvatore's work this past week and drop off a diabetic goody basket (aka a basket full of bananas and apples). Despite being a little embarrassed seeing us in his work place, we made the guy feel pretty tickled. This week, he is going to come to church! He hasn't been able to because he's worked on Sunday for the past couple months, but he's working a Saturday night shift this week and agreed to come. #Dedication As for our Nigerian men, namely Choice and Charles, we showed them the video of the restoration this week and we got some soft baptismal dates with them... They felt the Spirit and said what we were showing was true! It was also a special lesson for another reason, we taught them in our car. Their was some Italian worker at their (government owned) house that told us we had to bounce, so we improvised. ;)

This week was also a little special because we were allowed to watch an uplifting movie for Christmas and ended up watching Remember the Titans. We've been quoting "LEFT SIDE.... STRONG SIDE!" all week long. Also, I wish you guys could of been at the office a few days ago when the new missionaries arrived. Anziano Pyper and I were freaking some of the little guys out with our intellectual conversations. "Anziano Anderson, don't forget that the third trimester reports need to be sent through the theorenhilic system before 15 past 12:00." "Anziano Pyper... Relax! The preliminary reports have already gone through the boot-up process decreasing the perplexitory phase and won't need to be analyzed until the green line intersects."  Hahaha, the new missionaries had no idea that we were gibberish. It made me feel like I was Jim from the "The Office" and not Anziano Anderson from the mission office. ;)

I'm running a little low on time... 2017 begins in a matter of hours for me and we're going to be engaging in some rousing activities shortly (we have to be home by 7.00 tonight due to the craziness going on in the real world). Have a fantastic night family! I look forward to hearing those New Year's resolutions.
